I did yoga with a bunch of old ladies once, and they totally schooled me.
No, you guys, this is a nearly literal GPOY, down to the red hair, glasses, bangs, tattoos, freckles, and lack of flexibility. I’m actually going to a yoga class later today where exactly this is going to happen. I will be wearing [yoga] pants, though.
I’ve ditched yoga for tai chi. Much more doable. Although I’m still trying to become more flexible. I just can’t relax and stretch that much at the same time. It hurts!
Oh my god. Someone I know is really, really into Bikram and wanted me to go to a class with him. Does yoga mess up your ability to be rational about yoga? Because he knows a) I don’t like sweating b) his class is challenging even for him c) he knows I’ve never done yoga. I would be a puddle on the floor if I even attempted that shit.
